The QuasiScience (QuasiScience we us) website(s) available at quasiscience.com (our Site or Sites) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the Terms).

By using our Site, you accept these Terms
By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site. We recommend you should keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. We may modify the Terms from time to time and recommend you check back regularly. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
Other Terms
In addition to these Term, there are other additional terms referred to which also apply to your use of our site, including (a) our privacy policy and (b) our cookie policy, which sets out information on the cookies used on our Site.
The Site
We may update and change our Site from time to time. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes. Our Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
Registration and account terms and conditions
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. If any of this information needs to be updated, please notify us immediately at the following email address [email protected]. We may also change or update registration requirements from time to time.
You can register for an QuasiScience account by clicking to Create Account and filling in the required details. Any user name and password created or provided for your account should be unique and kept secure and you should notify us immediately if there is any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
We have the right to disable any account, user name or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
By registering for an account with us, you will be able to do the following through your QuasiScience account:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Request your return or exchange directly from your account
- Create a wish list for outfits or items that you particularly like or where items are out of stock and you want notified when back in stock
- Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password for your account, you can reset your password by clicking the relevant link on the Account Sign In Page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
Your personal data
When you register for an account or place an order through the Site, we will collect personal data from you. Details of how we collect and use your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you are authorised to use.
The Site is available only to individuals over the age of 18. Products purchased are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. QuasiScience may limit the number of items which can be ordered in one order or otherwise restrict the number of orders being shipped to any one customer or address.
Products
Any products offered for sale through our Site are subject to availability and acceptance of an order placed. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. The colour of your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a 2% tolerance.
Pricing

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Placing an order and its acceptance
To place an order, you should follow the onscreen prompts to place an order. Each order is an offer by you to buy the products specified in the order subject to these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your cart are not reserved until an order is accepted and may be purchased by other customers.
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please check the order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that your order is complete and accurate. Once submitted, your order is an irrevocable offer to buy the products.
After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it, but please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described below.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we send the email to you to accept it, at which point the contract between you and us will come into existence.
If we are unable to supply you with the Goods for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time when the transaction or service does not comply with our business policy, or in the event where there are reports or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
We reserve the right not to accept orders received from users who are acting for commercial and professional purposes.
Payment
Payment can be made by using a debit card or credit card. We can accept the following cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Amex) together with any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time.
Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by QuasiScience. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses authorize payment to QuasiScience, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external postal delays or destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

Where our Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Use of our Site
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
You may not use our Site:
- in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

- to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
- to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

How you may use material on our Site
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use only. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Site must always be acknowledged (except where the content is user-generated).
You must not use any part of the content on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If you print off, copy, download, share or repost any part of our Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
No text or data mining, or web scraping
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our Site, any content or any services provided via, or in relation to, our Site. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):
- Any robot, bot, spider, scraper or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the site or any data, content, information or services accessed via the same.
- Any automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data in digital form to generate information which includes but is not limited to patterns, trends and correlations.
These provisions under these Terms should be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard. This shall not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.
Rules about linking to our Site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
Our Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. If you wish to link to or make any use of content on our site other than that set out above, please contact us on the details above.
Your activity
You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Site. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the Terms, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis.
Your rights
As a consumer, you have certain rights under the law. In England these include (a) that any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site; (b) certain remedies if a product is defective; and (c) a right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product, and receive a full refund even if it is not defective (see Cancelling your order above).
Nothing in the Terms is intended to affect these rights. For more information about your rights contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.
Limits on our liability
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
We accept liability for death and personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If QuasiScience fail to comply with the Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaching the Terms only and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability under these Terms will be limited (to the greatest extent permitted by law) to the total value of products goods purchased. We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the Terms where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to affect your statutory rights under the law.
Our relationship
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and QuasiScience as a result of the Terms or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of QuasiScience, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
No waiver
If you breach the Terms and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the Terms.
Governing law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English Law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you are resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland (wherever you reside).
